SHOP POLICIES
Prepare for your upcoming appointment by reviewing the following shop policies and tips. Please note that your tattooer may have additional policies, which should be relayed to you at the time of booking. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the shop or your tattoo artist directly.
Bring a valid, government issued ID which contains your photograph and date of birth. Oregon law requires that we take a copy of your physical ID each and every time you get tattooed (yes, even for touch ups). Acceptable forms of ID are a driver's license or state ID, military ID or passport. Temporary ID (paper) from the DMV is acceptable, a photograph on your phone is not. We can NOT tattoo you without valid ID.
Please review your tattooer's accepted forms of payments. ALL WALK-IN TATTOOERS accept cash, card & gift cards, however APPOINTMENT ONLY tattooers are cash only at this time.
Children under 14 are not allowed in the shop at any time. We do not offer services to minors and nobody under 18 is allowed on the tattoo floor (past the swing gates, not even to use the restroom). For their safety and our protection, as well as the comfort of our clientele and tattoo artists, we have adopted a no exception policy. Please make childcare arrangements ahead of your appointment.
You can bring snacks and (non-alcoholic) drinks to your appointment, but please do not bring in fast food or anything that will make a mess or make the shop smell all day. We have complimentary water/coffee/tea available.
You can bring a friend (over the age of 18) to sit back with you while you get tattooed, but seating in the lobby is limited and booth spaces will not accommodate large groups.
If you want to listen to your music, watch videos, scroll reels, etc. please bring headphones.
Please wear or bring appropriate clothing to change into for the tattoo you are receiving (tank top for a shoulder tattoo, shorts for a thigh tattoo, bikini top for a sternum tattoo, etc.).
Please do not come into the shop if you are running a fever, vomiting or have any other signs of illness.
Do not come into the shop if you are intoxicated. We legally can not, and do not want to tattoo you if you if we can tell that you are intoxicated.
Oregon law prohibits pets/animals, including emotional support animals in the shop. The only exception to the rule are ADA recognized service animals. We ask that you kindly let us know in advance if you will bringing an ADA recognized service animal so we can make sure our allergic staff members are not in the shop that day.
No speakerphone, FaceTime, TikTok, loud music, etc. allowed in the shop. It is extremely distracting to hear multiple phones competing over our music and conversation. We will ask you to step outside if you are on speakerphone or FaceTime.
Please ask before taking photos/videos. Most of the time it is completely fine, however, each tattooer may have specific requests and again, we do not allow FaceTime or other live streaming video at any time.
Due to demolition next door, the city has taken over our space out back and the smoking area is closed at this time. The smoking area out back is for clients/employees only. If you step out back to smoke, we ask that you remain in our area as the neighboring business' tables/chairs are not for common use.
We ask that conversation remains friendly in the shop. While we respect everyone's right to their various political, religious, or personal views, everyone should feel welcome and have a good experience in our shop.
